I had an ARC of Kiss Me Deadly, so it was missing the story by Becca Fitzpatrick. I might have to pick up the actual book to read the story I missed.



Some of the stories I liked a lot and others not quite as much. A couple that I really liked would have been awesome to read as books. I liked the characters and what was going on in the stories.



Ones I really liked

The Assassin's Apprentice by Michelle Zink (Wish that one was longer)

Lost by Justine Musk (Really good short story. I love mythology.)

Hare Moon by Carrie Ryan (Gave me a little taste of what her book The Forest of Hands and Teeth might be like. I think I'll have to check it out soon.)

Familiar by Michelle Rowen (I thought Owen and Brenda were soooo cute together.)

Fearless by Rachel Vincent (This story had some interesting paranormal characters that I hadn't read before.)

Vermillion by Daniel Marks (Souls in Purgatory, kind of like ghosts, I guess. It was cool.)

Many Happy Returns by Daniel Waters (It's a Generation Dead story. I liked it. Will probably check out Generation Dead soon.



I guess I liked most of them. Haha. :-)

I really liked this book. I'm excited to read the rest of the books.



Poor, really smart Claire. She just wanted to go to school and learn something with the added benefit of getting away from her parents. I couldn't believe she ended up in so much trouble. Apparently being smart is a stand out thing at the college in Morganville. That Monica girl is super crazy.

I was soo happy that Claire found some friends to help her and started sticking up for herself.

Can't wait to read more.

Oh my gosh! It was freaking good!



Poor Aisling has such a crazy life. I can't believe how many things went wrong for her in just this one book. Like every chapter she had a new problem thrown on her plate. I feel bad for her, but I'm guessing that she'll get it figured out in the end.



There were still soo many problems left unsolved at the end of this one. I'm dying for the next one.

I really enjoyed the book. I probably was giggling half the time while I was reading. Some of the situations that the characters ended up in were pretty hilarious. I just felt kind of happy when I was done with the book. I'm already ready for the next one.

Warning..... I'm going to do some major swearing right about..... Now.....

I have the fucking greatest neighbors downstairs ever. They get home at 2AM like right as I'm about to go to sleep (best timing ever, douchebags) and decide to blare their music. This is even more awesome cuz my room is directly above their living room where they are blaring the music. They had it up soo loud a little bit ago, that the bass was shaking my floor. Seriously...... Why does it need to be up that loud in the middle of the night? I know I should go down there and tell them to turn it the fuck down, but it's frickin' cold out and it just snowed. Really, aren't most people smart enough to realize that their neighbors might be sleeping at 2AM? Therefore, it's a pretty shitty thing to be blaring your music super loud.


Well, I guess I didn't need the disclaimer in the heading. Although, I really do just want to string together a major line of cuss words. I think I will stop myself though.

New season of Merlin is on SyFy right now!

Squeeeee!! I'm soo excited about the new Season of Merlin. Arthur is sooo hot! I've missed him. Kind of sad that Morgana is like gonna cause all sorts of evil now. Merlin is kind of cute too.

Starting the final chapter of my first job.....

Found out today that the store I work at is going to be closing. I'm a little bit sad. It's the only job I've ever had. I started working there when I was in high school, and then always came back on breaks. I've been back this time for over a year. 

I think mostly I'll miss a lot of the people I work with. I'm kind of a hermit right now. All I do is go to work and come home. So, the only people I socialize with are my co-workers. Definitely gonna miss that.

I'm worried about it too. I do have a couple of months till it closes before I'm out of a job, so I have some time to find a replacement. I guess I'm worrying about if I don't. I have bills and rent to pay. I don't even want to think about it. Eh....

I guess this is the kick in the butt that I need to go out and see if I can find a better job.

I'm just gonna keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best. That's all I really can do.

I guess I have another New Year's Resolution: Find a new job (Hopefully a better one).

There really is......... I should just buy this movie. It's like She's the Man and Sydney White to me. Which, coincidentally all have Amanda Bynes in them. I kind of like her. I don't think she's a bad actress. She's cute too. I love soccer, and Channing Tatum is super hot, so She's the Man is pretty cute and funny. I think Sydney White is really cute and funny re-vamp of Snow White.

Not a good start.....

I guess I could've put this in the last post..... Probably not a good start to my New Year's resolutions is I'm sitting home at home alone drinking booze and eating by myself. I think I may have just repeated myself, but i digress. Granted, I am eating cuz I haven't eaten in like 10 hours, so that's ok. I guess it's also not too bad that I'm drinking alone, since i don't do that regularly or anything..... But it still sucks to think about...... Not a good way to start off the new year feeling like a loser. Eh......
